The Short Version
We don't sell your data. We don't train AI on your data. Your conversations stay yours. We collect what we need to provide the service, nothing more.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Account info: Name, email, phone, business details
- Payment info: Processed securely by Stripe (we don't store card numbers)
- Service configuration: Brand voice, content preferences, connected tools
- Conversations: Messages between you and your AI Employee
Information from Connected Services
When you connect services (Google Workspace, social media, etc.), we access only what's necessary:
- Calendar events (for scheduling)
- Email content (for drafting/triage)
- Social media profiles and posts
2. How We Use Your Information
- Configure and operate your AI Employee
- Process your tasks and requests
- Connect to authorized third-party services
- Improve the service and fix bugs
- Communicate with you about the service
3. AI Training
We do NOT use your specific business data to train AI models.
Your conversations, content, and business information remain yours. We don't feed your data into training datasets.
4. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), AI model providers, messaging platforms
- When you authorize it: Connecting new integrations
- Legal requirements: If required by law
We never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained while account is active
- After cancellation: Data deleted within 30 days
- Immediate deletion: Available upon request
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no system is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Export your data in a common format

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of sale (we don't sell personal information).
