⚠️ Beta Service Notice: HireOpenClaw is currently in experimental/beta phase. Features may change, things might break, and we're improving fast. By using the service, you acknowledge this status.

1. The Service

HireOpenClaw provides managed AI assistant services ("AI Employees") that perform tasks like content creation, social media management, lead research, and administrative work. We deliver these services via messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp) and connected integrations.

What we don't provide: Legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Guaranteed business outcomes. 24/7 human support. Data backup services.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent. You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use the service to:

Generate spam, phishing, or deceptive content
Harass, abuse, or harm others
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Generate illegal, defamatory, or obscene content

4. Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Late payments may result in service suspension. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be terminated.

Refunds: Full refund within first 14 days if unsatisfied. After 14 days, no refunds for partial months. Setup fees are non-refundable after work begins.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of: Content you provide and content generated by AI Employees based on your input.

We retain ownership of: The HireOpenClaw service, platform, technology, and proprietary systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@hireopenclaw.com. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any reason with 30 days notice.

9. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
