HireOpenClaw is a managed AI operations service. We deploy, secure, monitor, and operate AI employees for your business so your team can focus on outcomes instead of infrastructure.

Is this just ChatGPT?

No. ChatGPT is a general-purpose chat window. Our AI employees are configured for your business — they know your tools, your voice, and your workflows. They're connected to your calendar, email, CRM, and social media. They don't just answer questions, they do work.

Who is this for?

Business owners and teams who want AI automation but don't have time (or patience) to set it up themselves. If you've ever tried to configure AI tools and gave up after 3 hours, this is for you.

Setup & Onboarding

How long does setup take?

Minutes. Pick a role template, answer a few questions about your business, and your AI employee is live. We handle API keys, integrations, configurations — all of it.

What do you need from me?

Basic info about your business, access to accounts you want connected (social media, calendar, etc.), and examples of your brand voice. Plus 15-20 minutes for a quick walkthrough call.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Just Telegram or WhatsApp on your phone (which you probably already have).

Can you deploy in our environment (on-prem or private cloud)?

Yes. For enterprise teams, we deploy our infrastructure management system in your environment. Enterprise Deployment is currently pilot-based, and day-2 operations can be customer-managed or co-managed depending on your compliance and control requirements. How much does it cost?

Starter: $29/mo (1 AI employee, 5,000 interactions/month) · Pro: $99/mo (up to 3 AI employees, 25,000 interactions/month) · Business: $299/mo (up to 10 AI employees, 100,000 interactions/month) · Enterprise: Custom pricing.

Are there hidden usage costs?

No. The monthly price is the price. We don't charge extra for API usage, messages sent, or any "gotcha" tier limits. Fixed pricing, no surprises.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no guilt trips, no exit interviews. Email us and you're done. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not happy.

Privacy & Security

Is my data safe?

Yes. We don't sell your data. We do not use customer content to train shared foundation models. API keys and secrets are encrypted at rest, and your AI employee runs through controlled, authorized channels.

What if the AI messes up?

It might — AI isn't perfect. That's why we have approval workflows. You can review important content before it goes out. And unlike human employees, AI learns from every correction and won't make the same mistake twice.

Capabilities

What can my AI employee actually do?

Depends on which you hire. Morgan writes content (posts, blogs, newsletters). Alex handles sales outreach and lead research. Casey handles calendar, email triage, and admin tasks. We also offer a Custom Agent for role-specific workflows.

What integrations do you support?

Currently: Telegram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook (via Metricool), Google Calendar, Gmail. Need something we don't support? Ask — we may be able to add it.

Is this a finished product?

No — we're in beta. Things are moving fast, we're improving constantly, and you're an early adopter. We're transparent about this because we respect your time and money.
